Project Summary
This project allows Watershed Fly Fishing to develop fly fishing tours on the River Shannon. Watershed Fly Fishing offers guided immersive, low impact guided fly-fishing experiences for pike, trout, and perch. With the addition of the new boat through this investment, Watershed Fly Fishing can give guests a tranquil, low-impact experience of Ireland’s inland waterways.
Overall Objective:
This support has enabled the purchase of a custom-built, modern fishing boat, allowing the business to expand its sustainable fly-fishing offerings across the River Shannon and surrounding lakes and tributaries.
