Corporate Plan

The Corporate Plan is a statement of our vision, objectives and values for the region. It sets out the framework in which the Eastern and Midland Regional Assembly (EMRA) will operate and will be the EMRA’s guiding thread throughout this mandate.

The objective of this Corporate Plan is two-fold: it aims at presenting the Assembly, the Region and the context in which the organisation operates. It also sets out the strategic objectives EMRA and its members will pursue over the next five years to provide citizens with a region where they want to live and work. This document has been designed to be flexible enough to enable the Members and the organisation to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment and take on any new challenge and priority that could arise in the coming years.

Corporate Plan 2025-2030

The Corporate Plan is a statement of our vision, objectives and values for the region – Sustainability, People Focused, Openness, Evidence Based and Accountability.
